Training Program

We foster talent through a fair assessment system

Training at Ulsan GPS means cultivating talented people who have ambition, dedication and ability so as to not only develop the LPG business but also to develop new businesses such as the LPG based chemical business, Power generation plants and global terminals. To this end, Ulsan GPS is operating three HR programs – competency improvement, on-the-job training and development of future leaders through knowledge of the liberal arts.

  • Competency Improvement

    • Professional development (HR, legal, finance, strategy, etc.)
    • Self development (support for foreign language learning, delivery of business information, etc.)
  • On-the-job Training

    • Experience of diverse duties
    • Supervision and cultivation through mentoring and coaching

    • Library - Providing opportunities to experience art through reading, movie screenings, photo exhibitions, etc.
